Group Name: Behavioral Activation
Date/Time: Thursdays at 10 AM-11 AM
Venue: 49 Kessel Ct., Madison, WI or Virtual (TBD based on participant needs)
Description:
For those that struggle with mental health concerns associated with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, substance use, and/or executive functioning. Participants will engage in self-monitoring to better understand the connection between their feelings and their behaviors. The main goal of the group is to learn new skills to increase motivation to do difficult tasks and increase consumer ability to notice positive impact on emotions with even small accomplishments.
