Kimberly has a bachelor's degree in history education from Appalachian State University. She has been working as a peer specialist since 2016 after realizing that her lived experience of bipolar disorder might help others in their pursuit of recovery from mental health challenges. She is passionate about her work and feels privileged to work with different peers in our community. She finds mutual encouragement from those she works with to pursue healthy, balanced lives.
In her free time, Kimberly enjoys yoga and dance fitness.
